Please Note:   Pricing is based off the complexity of the house as well as the duration of the assement.


1–2 Bedroom EPC Assessment

For standard flats, terraces, and smaller homes.
Includes full photographic evidence, window and lighting assessment, insulation checks, and lodged EPC.


3 Bedroom EPC Assessment

£95
Ideal for typical semi-detached and terraced homes.
Includes complete multi-elevation survey, heating controls evidence, and detailed site notes.


Large / Complex Properties

From £120
For larger detached homes, extended properties, mixed wall types, and homes with renewables or more complex layouts and extras.


Additional Services

Revisit Fee (Access or Client Issue)

Applied only when a return visit is needed due to access limitations or client-related issues
(e.g., locked rooms, no loft access, missed appointment).

Revisit Due to Audit

Free
No charge to the client if additional evidence is required by an external audit.

FAQ of The Day!

Can I book an EPC and still not be present during the process on the day?

YES, this is completely fine as long as the assessor undergoing the assessment has full access to the House Front/Back, Boilers, Gas/ Electric Meter Boxes and Lofts


(If you have access to a loft but No Ladder, Please Inform Us Beforehand.
